What is task maturity?

An employee who is task-mature is self-reliant and can perform their tasks unsupervised.

The employee:
▪ has sufficient relevant knowledge
▪ has sufficient experience
▪ is trusted by their superior
▪ is motivated
▪ has the right powers/authorities

In short, the employee is willing and able.
